It was a precious moment for my parents to get their very first coloured wedding photos taken back in the beginning of photography era. Since then photography has become a phenomenal global passion. So many websites are dedicated to it, from Flickr, Instagram to Google Photos. I am a huge fan of the photography world myself.

Each photo captures beautiful moments, tells stories and is a powerful factor in every design. These spontaneous photos will be the doors and windows to look closer into the life journey I am on. Enjoy!

One of my passions is undeniably illustration. Each practice nurtures the artist in me and enriches the design work that I produce in every project I take on.

My inspirational artists are from the great old masters like Leonardo Da Vinci, Michael Angelo to modern artists like Banksy and Bec Winnel, also the wonderful UNA studio of the talented Andrew Archer and Kelly Thompson.

Since I was a kid, I've always been busted in the classroom for making doodles and sketches all over the place. My childhood friends when seeing me again, they would ask, "So you still do lots of sketches wherever you go? Just like the old days...?" The answer is, Yes. I will still keep sketching until the world ends. It is also a fantastic way to turn ideas into reality.

My favourite activity is to make sketches of colleagues, friends and family.

I have a strange addiction to typography. Wherever I go, the first design element I analyse is always the typeface presentation, whether it be a fish and chips shop or a department clothing store. 

My friends would ask me :"What do you think about the restaurant?". My answer would be something like: "Their font is quite unique."

I think typography plays a major part in a successful design. It exudes emotion and influences the mood of the readers as well as the designs.

Water Colour and Gouache Paintings are two of my favourite styles. Besides some spontaneous water colour paintings, I have also created some paintings to decorate a brand new modern house which has a stylish interior decor.
